The user researcher will work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure the identification and prioritisation of the work that benefits users. They will be responsible for building an understanding of the service’s users and their behaviour, and providing insights to the team about how users interact with the service. They take the lead on running sessions with real users, and communicating findings back to the whole team, creating actionable insights to guide design. The user researcher will have extensive experience working in Agile and, ideally, experience with the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard.
