Jacob is a Human Resources specialist with experience working within the HR Software and Technology, Change Management, Organisation Transformation, Organisation Design, HR Analytics, HR Administration and Employee Relations areas.
Prior to joining ASPL, Jacob worked in various HR positions in the not-for-profit sector. A significant portion of this time was spent implementing new HRIS software, from the design stage, through build, test through to the Transition to Service Delivery Stage. His pragmatic style assists him in seeing through to what the client is really wanting, and his solution-based outlooks assist in the delivery of the outcome.
