As an organisation, we are exceptionally passionate about achieving gender equality and inclusion at every level which is deeply embedded into the fabric of ASPL. We encourage this change within client organisations in the private and public sectors as well. The #WeLead campaign highlights and interviews individuals on their journey while asking about women who inspire them each day.

A senior consultant with ASPL and former Senior Leader/Director at two ICT Managed Service Providers, Optus & Datacom. Prior to this, He was employed within the Australian Public Service for 17 years at the DFAT and the DoEE where as Director of ICT Operations, Client Services & Contract Management.

Lauren Adele Stevens

I am an Interior Designer and owner of Lauren Adele Design. I am the Founder and CEO of nonprofit organisation, Community Generation. I’m the owner of homewares store, Much Ado General Store. I’m a Radio Host on MainFM for the Friday morning show “In Maldon Today”, and most importantly, I’m a mother to my amazing and beautiful 13-year-old son.

Emma Papantoniou

I am an Executive Assistant & Project Support Officer within Government. I am a passionate Track and Field athlete, having been selected to represent Australia last year in the Asia Pacific Deaf Games as well as a gaming enthusiast and have recently started my own YouTube channel dedicated to gaming!

Peter McDonnell

I am the Group Head of Technology with a demonstrated history of working in the airlines/aviation industry, a committed and driven IT professional with 20 years’ experience. I am also a husband and father of two highly energetic boys. 

Ann Godfrey

I come from a large North Yorkshire family. I have had a diverse and well-travelled career – spending eight years as a Physical Training Instructor before retraining as a Remedial Gymnast (now physiotherapist), then marrying and spending the next two years in Hong Kong where I started a career in technology. Coming back to the UK I trained women on new technology, worked on the (then) new London Underground ticketing system at British Gas, and finally worked with Motorola on the Channel Tunnel Project before moving to Brisbane in 1995 as a single mum of a four-year-old.  Here I have worked predominantly as a Test Manager across many industries – most noteworthy probably the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

John Tait

Married with two teenage children, most of my non-working time is taken up as being a parent. I wear multiple hats of a chauffeur, sports coach, part-time teacher, full-time life-coach, sometimes even a chef but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am also involved in several community-based activities and I enjoy volunteering with community groups.

Karthik Subbaiah

I am an ICT Project Manager leading a product development team in the Insurance Industry. I am also actively involved in volunteering efforts such as coaching and mentoring students, location lead for a global covid-19 initiative and treasurer at my local toy library.

Dianne McGrath

I am an experienced international professional speaker. I create and delivers inspiring, engaging and dynamic talks for a variety of audiences including school children, government, not-for-profits and corporations.
