Elley grew up in North West Queensland, and moved to Townsville when she was 16 years old. Elley has been working in the real estate industry ever since she was 17 years old. In 2017, she started a company called Excellence Property Management.

Enrica is the Founder and Director of Global Forwarding – Australia’s 1st logistics business to be a Certified Woman Owned enterprise. Single Mum, with two boys and an active SES volunteer.

Jules is the founder of two businesses. Handle Your Own PR, where she teaches business owners and experts how to get free media coverage via the mainstream media, and Jules built a unique PR SaaS platform with media contacts, especially for non-professionals to manage their PR campaigns. Jules’ other business is called She’s The Boss, and it started along with the onset of the COVID lockdown in 2020.

Rachelle is the organiser, the planner, the big picture dreamer and the all-rounder. She loves travelling, living overseas and learning languages. The first half of her career was spent working in State and Federal Government departments across Australia and Japan. In 2014, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and she realised the challenges for women going through breast cancer. She founded So Brave, Australia’s young women’s breast cancer charity.

Julia is based in the U.K. now but she is originally from Stuttgart in Germany. Julia is the International Marketing Director for a luxury leather online retailer, Maxwell-Scott that offers nearly 200 different high-quality leather bags and accessories that are all handcrafted in Italy using only vegetable-tanned premium leather.

Clare is the Marketing Director at OfficeSpace.com.au, an online brokerage that connects businesses and freelancers with various serviced offices and coworking spaces across Australia. As a veteran in the traditionally male-dominated fields of digital marketing and commercial real estate, Clare has worked hard to champion and teach her small team of headstrong women about the best ways to navigate being a woman in tech.

Sarah is the Creative Director and co-founder of Storyfolk. Storyfolk is a purpose-driven branding and design agency partnering with like-minded brands that want to make an impact. Sarah likes the variety of solving different creative problems each day. When she is not coming up with creative ideas at Storyfolk, you can usually find Sarah planning her next getaway, at the beach or telling her dog he is the most handsome pug in all the land.

Laura is a speaker, copywriter and digital marketer who’s passionate about equality, education and the environment. She is also the Founder & Director of an award-winning digital content marketing agency based on the Central Coast of NSW called LEP Digital, which she established in 2015.
