Jane is an award-winning career instructional and learning designer with more than 25 years’ experience working with blue-chip organisations including the CBA, Qantas, Wesfarmers, IAG, Coca-Cola Amatil, Sydney Airport and the Australian Institute of Management. With tertiary and vocational qualifications in education and training, Jane is a talented and respected member of the ASPL team.

Though excelling in all aspects of instructional and learning design, Jane has a passion for working in strategic L&D that embeds vision and values to foster organisational growth and initiatives that drive business goals. Her breadth of experience, from developing behavioural capability frameworks to full Vocational Education and Training qualifications up to the post-graduate level, is indicative of Jane’s holistic and critical thinking.

Jane’s love of learning is evident from her roots in teaching, career decisions to remain within the field, and strong commitment to continuously improve her L&D knowledge, skills and reach. Jane always thinks and works with the learner in mind, being careful to draw on their personal experiences, and aiming to excite, challenge and surprise them on their learning journeys. Capability is built over time, so Jane ensures learners are supported with the networks and tools to embed their newly learnt knowledge, skills and behaviours in real-world situations.
