Jane Boardman is one of Australia most experienced executive and career coaches with over 16 years (over 9000 hours) full-time experience. She provides one-on-one coaching, which is personally tailored to each client. She has many executive clients at the senior levels of government and in the private sector to CEO level. She is based out of Canberra.
She is also a highly experienced facilitator in career planning and navigation, leadership, leader as coach, coaching conversations, strategic planning, culture and values, team building, business planning, performance management and giving and receiving feedback.
Jane is on the faculty of CoachU, one of the world’s largest coach training companies providing coach training worldwide by teleclass.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Graduate Diploma in Professional Communication and an Australian Institute of Company Director’s Diploma. She is an internationally credentialed International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach. Furthermore, she is also a member of the ICF, the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches, the Institute of Managers and Leaders and the Career Development Association of Australia. She served for many years as a member of the ICF Global Committee on Ethics and Standards.
Nevertheless, Jane has provided executive coaching and facilitation in a very diverse range of organisations in the academic, private and public sectors, in Australia and internationally for the UN.
