Supporting executives and managers to unleash their leadership potential, whilst retaining authenticity, is what drives me as a coach. Throughout their development process, I encourage them to stay curious, increase their resourcefulness and experiment without compromising ‘who’ they really are.
I draw on more than 20 years of senior management experience across a diverse range of industries in food manufacturing, dairy, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical packaging in Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Australia. I led and managed across a broad range of functional areas including operations, sales, marketing, and general management. As such, I can empathise with my clients while supporting them as their sounding board; challenging, cheering them on and keeping them accountable.
I have coached directors, managers and team leaders in the aged care, community care, accounting, energy investments, IT, insurance, legal and pharmaceutical sectors.
I am also contracted by SKILSOFT-PLUMA as a remote executive coach for their Fortune 500 clients such as ADOBE, S&P GLOBAL, EY and MICRON in the Asia Pacific region.
During my spare time, I volunteer as a board member for The Lovewell Foundation with a mission to provide and support a safe place for vulnerable women to reset, rebuild and reconnect with the local community.
I have a passion for adventure. Over the last 6 years, I have been leading 4M Australia as CEO, where I run life-changing adventures called the ‘Xtreme Character Challenge’ for men and the ‘Arise Challenge’ for women. I have also led and participated in ‘Muskathlons’, charity runs where we raise funds for poor children in Africa and Asia.
I also work as a part-time facilitator at Emu Gully Adventure Group. We conduct adventure programs for school children and corporate clients. Our mission is to ‘Shape Great Australians’ using the ANZAC values for character development.
