For International Women’s Day 2024 let’s Count her In and #EmpowerHer.

Women’s economic empowerment is central to a gender equal world. When women are given equal opportunities to earn, learn and lead – entire communities thrive. The United Nations theme for International Women’s Day 2024 is Count Her In: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress. When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world.

And when women, or people identifying as women, are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment. But without equal access to education, employment pathways, financial services and literacy, how can we ever hope to reach gender equality? We must ensure women and girls are given equal opportunity to build their capabilities and strengthen their capacity to learn, earn and lead. 

This is why this International Women’s Day, ASPL Group is proud to be offering a one-hour free coaching session to three women, or those who identify as women, to #EmpowerHer.

International Women’s Day is a day of collective global activism and celebration that belongs to all those committed to forging women’s equality. 

In 2024, ASPL Group is proud to be offering a free one-hour coaching session to three women, or those who identify as women, to #EmpowerHer. Nominate yourself or someone you know for one of the three coaching sessions below:

  • Empowering Leaders – for women in leadership or executive positions.  
  • Career Elevation – for women looking to take the next step in her career.
  • Thriving Futures – for women from disadvantaged communities and backgrounds ready to kick start their career.

 ASPL Group is passionate about uplifting capability and skills through tailored initiatives grounded in human-centred design, psychological safety, behavioural science, cognitive psychology, and trauma-responsive programs. 

#EmpowerHer Coaching Sessions

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for ASPL International Women’s Day Coaching Sessions:

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be professional women who have not previously utilised coaching services provided by ASPL.
  • Participants must be aged 18 years or older.

Redemption Period:

  • The coaching sessions must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of announcement of the winners.

Location and Format:

  • Coaching sessions will be conducted virtually.

Coach Selection:

  • ASPL reserves the right to select the coach based on the winner’s specified goals and aspirations. The selection process will align with ASPL’s commitment to providing tailored and impactful coaching experiences.

Testimonials:

  • Winners must agree to provide a video and/or written testimonial sharing their experience with the coaching sessions.
  • Testimonials may be used for promotional purposes on ASPL’s official social media channels and marketing materials.

Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be randomly selected using a fair and transparent random selector tool.
  • The selection process will be overseen by ASPL, and the results will be final.
  • The winner will be selected on Monday 25 March 2024.

Notification of Winners:

  • Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during the entry process.
  • If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

Privacy and Data Usage:

  • Personal information collected during the entry process will be used for the purpose of the International Women’s Day Coaching Sessions.
  • Any details provided opt-in to marketing emails but can unsubscribe at any time.
  • ASPL will adhere to all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Non-Transferable:

  • The coaching sessions are non-transferable, and winners may not assign or transfer their prize to another individual.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once a coaching session is scheduled, any cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated with ASPL in a timely manner.

Disqualification:

  • ASPL reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate the terms and conditions.

Amendments:

  • ASPL reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the contact information provided.
