Ann’s most recent role in the public service was leading the Victorian Aged Care Response Centre (VACRC). Ann was recognised for her work leading VACRC with her induction into the Victorian Honour Roll of Women for her Leadership through Disaster.

The design and delivery of leadership programs has been a core adjunct to Ann’s work in many of her executive roles. Ann has long identified the critical role leaders play and has used her experience and skill to support development. The most recent leadership program Ann designed was to upskill Residential Aged Care Facilities leaders whose residents had been badly impacted by COIVID-19. The evaluation of this program demonstrated improved outcomes for residents.

Ann is a former long serving senior executive with the Australian Public Service, who is now delivering executive coaching and consulting for individual and team leadership development and complex organisational people issues. Ann draws on a career in health delivery including Intensive Care Nursing and CEO of private hospitals.
