Glenda’s career has progressed through multiple avenues from the academic field where she lectured in Educational Psychology, to a Leader in Organisational Development (as a manager in the Public Service Board). As a certified Executive Coach, Glenda has developed and successfully implemented mentoring and coaching programs in both private and public sector organisations.

Glenda has worked in a wide variety of industries including Government, the Automotive Sector, Health Care, Utilities, Human Resources, Telecommunications, Mining, Not-for-Profit organisations, Education, and within universities, among other diverse roles and industries. Glenda has over 20 years’ experience working as a facilitator and providing business coaching. Her career is expansive, and she has worked nationally and internationally in an array of places including China, Malaysia, Romania, Switzerland, and Albania.

Coaching Approach

Glenda embraces the concept of Positive Psychology, which she brings to all clients as a means of engaging and creating happy and productive employees. She is described as high-energy, motivational, and inspirational, with a real talent for helping others to look within and achieve their goals.

She is accredited in various tools including Accredited Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational, Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), and Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Assessments Certification, DISC Profiler (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance) and Targeted Selection Interviewing, Assessment and Feedback and Job Analysis.
