Robyn has designed and delivered meetings, workshops, learning and development programs and focus group sessions for diverse audiences including executive teams, senior leaders and teams in both blue and white collar environments Her seventeen years of professional coaching experience in the private, not for profit and public sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom, has ranged from individual coaching of senior leaders and managers, through to performance coaching of leadership and project teams.
Robyn has extensive experience in leading the implementation of major organisation transformations and is widely recognised for her ability to facilitate change and deliver practical results. Robyn has worked in senior management roles in the Australian and Queensland Public Service has established new programs, services, and contracts on behalf of the Commonwealth and Queensland Government. She has worked extensively across Australia in urban, regional, rural, and remote communities.
