Holding responsibility for executive coaching of operational leaders, ensuring consistent and effective implementation of their management systems for continuous improvement, Marisabel is a strong influencer and actively engaged with internal and external stakeholders to drive cultural change. She has managed change, cross cultural relationships with teams and supervisors on the job; led supervisors to improve their skills on communication, leadership, team building and conflict resolution. She has engaged leaders to develop approaches managing intercultural matters and provided advice on how to leverage cultural differences and maximise the potential of a multicultural team. To date, she has assisted with more than 30 campaigns for the above clients spanning the regions of Europe, West Africa, North Africa, North America, Central and South America and Australasia, demonstrating visible leadership. Prior to her extensive experience developing and coaching leaders, Marisabel was a project manager in Forestry and the Environment, working extensively in Australia, Argentina, France, and Canada. She networked and liaised with relevant organisations, and key stakeholders. She provided policy advice to the Minister of Agriculture on Contaminated Land Management and Mine Site Rehabilitation, working closely with industry and government institutions She has prepared numerous reports, published various papers and has been a key speaker at many national and international conferences.

Marisabel brings vast knowledge attained through multiple tertiary qualifications to her coaching sessions. Her qualifications are inclusive of Marketing and Communications, Science, Engineering, Organisational Health and Safety, Training and Assessment, and Situational Leadership, all of which provide the foundation for which she assists leaders, also utilising Specialised Data Management Software as a diagnostic tool to develop capabilities.
