Jason has been coaching and developing leaders for the majority of his 25-year career. His focus has been on delivering innovative interventions that enable leaders to reflect on and improve their leadership abilities. Having led teams in Multinational Corporations over the last 10 years, Jason has a wealth of experiences from which to draw. He lived in Hong Kong for 10 years until February 2020. He has extensive experience in facilitating leadership, management, and professional skills programmes across the Asia Pacific region including China, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. In other regions he has facilitated programs in North America and EMEA.

Experience
Having spent much of his career in Banking, Jason has facilitated leadership skills, management skills, and professional skills for many of the Banks. Credit Suisse, Nomura, Morgan Stanley, First State Investments, and Barings to name a few. Programs have included, New Manager Program, Experienced Manager Program, Managing Up, Difficult Conversations, Leading Change, Resilient Leader, Leading Change, two-day leadership programs. Having worked closely with Siemens in designing their five-day Advanced Leadership Program, Jason was part of the extensive pilot in facilitating programs in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. The program’s motto is “Lead a World-Class function for Siemens’ and enables leaders to deepen self-awareness and effective leadership skills. Specialising in the design and delivery of bespoke leadership development programmes and coaching senior leaders in both Public and Private sectors, Jason builds rapport quickly with leaders at all levels enabling a trusted environment where unresourceful mindsets can be challenged. He has been described as ‘consultative, challenging, engaging, relevant and practical’.
Coaching Approach
Jason has coached general managers (Directors and above) from a range of industries, functions, and cultural backgrounds in both public and private sectors. These usually are comprised of a series of 6 coaching engagements for individuals, or shorter coaching engagements as part of a leadership program.
