Nigel is an experienced executive coach, mentor, facilitator, and consultant who works with individuals, teams, and organisations to enhance their growth, development, and success. Having worked in this field for fifteen years, Nigel is a pragmatic and empathic professional who brings to his work with clients a unique blend of senior level, global leadership experience and a depth of personal development and life experience. Previously, Nigel was a CEO in the healthcare and community services sector, and prior to that, Nigel was a management consultant and partner with Deloitte and KPMG. He has fifteen years’ experience as an adaptive leader in the often complex and challenging conditions of the health and aged care sectors.

Nigel usually works with senior leaders, executive teams, and boards and has experience right across the global, ASX, Family Office, NFP and public sectors. Nigel specialises in co-designing and leading major long-term programs that enhance the level of development of teams and organisations, so that they become more collaborative, enjoyable, agile, and successful places for people to work in. These programs typically last for three years or more and involve a combination of one-on-one coaching, small group work and facilitated workshops for at least the top fifty people leaders and sometimes, for everyone in the organisation. Nigel also has extensive experience of delivering wholistic coaching and mentoring programs for senior leaders, designed to assist them to increase their level of development.
Nigel is accredited in The Leadership Circle, Team Management Profile and Hogan and has used all three extensively in his coaching programs. He is experienced in the work of Robert Kegan and Ken Wilber and has completed practitioner training first-hand with each of them and has implemented their working development programs in Australia.
