Suzanne Mercier is Founder and CEO of a consultancy business that focus on guiding and supporting Leaders to recognise and achieve their own potential, increasing engagement, collaboration, high performance in teams, enhancing client service to internal and external stakeholders, leading to improved bottom line.

She provides strategic consulting, creates educational frameworks to improve performance, provides Executive Coaching and helps resolve communication and performance problems at Board level. Suzanne is driven by guiding leaders and helping create business cultures of inclusion, purpose, and performance, ensuring employees experience meaning and fulfillment in their work.

Experience

In her early career, Suzanne focussed on marketing fast moving consumer goods (Amatil and Schwarzkopf) and advertising (George Patterson). It was there she fell in love with mindset with its direct link to behaviour and outcomes.

Suzanne is responsible for launching many products that remain on the shelf today including Extra Care hair care and guiding the ad campaign strategy for Mars Group of Companies in Australia, Procter & Gamble products, and Waterford Wedgwood. A key passion for Suzanne is creating inclusive cultures in business. In that role, she has researched and developed key strategies and programs to create environments of equality and inclusion.

Coaching Approach

In her own business Purpose to Profit, Suzanne has designed and delivered programs including Personal brand, Moving Beyond Imposter Syndrome, Increasing Confidence, Preparing for Performance Reviews, Possibility thinking, Power & Influence and her latest program Inclusive Leadership. These programs have been delivered in the public forum as well as for clients such as University of Sydney, Macquarie University, TAL, CGU, Suncorp, Canon, ASX, CSIRO, Lend Lease, Mirvac. Her Executive Coaching spans understanding and evaluating mindset, examining alignment of values and beliefs, ‘soft skills’ such as delegation, coaching, influence, presentations, communication, strategic thinking, managing upward, unpacking conflict and White Anting at Senior levels then guiding those involved to resolve the situation. I help leaders establish their career vision and career path map and many more areas, driven by client needs and aspirations. Suzanne coaches for the Peak Performance Program for Women in Banking & Finance, for partners and shareholders in professional services firms (including Deloitte), for senior leaders in insurance companies, Professors, and senior admin staff in universities as examples.

Suzanne is a Master Practitioner of NLP. She has Marketing qualifications with high distinction from UTS and Management qualifications from AGSM. She is trained in DiSC Profiling. As a result of working with thousands of people to help them understand and move beyond the Imposter Syndrome, Suzanne has ratified diagnostics around mindset.
