Kris Grant joined ASPL in March 2012 as Managing Director and was appointed CEO in January 2015. Kris is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the company, as well as developing and leading a highly engaged and talented team of industry experts.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the talent management industry, Kris’s national client portfolio spans across Local, State and Federal Government, through to the strategic management of key client accounts across the commercial business sector including Telcos, Banking, Mining and Health.
She specialises in working with a variety of executive level positions, offering a leadership and coaching program that empowers executives to progress to the next level in their careers with a focus on personal leadership development.
In her role, Kris is committed to making a difference in all of ASPL’s engagements and works closely with the team to ensure the right mix of people, systems and processes are in place to provide exceptional client outcomes.
Kris is also passionate about achieving gender equality and inclusion at every level, a value which is deeply embedded in the fabric of ASPL. She is relentless in the pursuit of promoting this change both professionally and in her personal life.
Prior to joining ASPL, Kris held the position of CFO and COO, Asia Pacific with Drake International. With her extensive commercial experience and expertise in financial and risk management, she brings a wealth of experience to lead ASPL.
