Sarah Pant




Sarah is an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator. Her curiosity and expertise lies in the creative dynamics and process of change. She has coached executives, middle management and emerging leaders within a range of organisations across the legal, higher education, government, not-for-profit, police, emergency service and corporate sectors.

Sarah holds over 1000 hours coaching experience and has particular expertise in supporting her clients to recognize patterns and understand team and system dynamics resulting in clearer communication, engaged collaboration and impact. She has led numerous Coaching and Conflict Coaching training programs throughout Australia and has designed and delivered modules on working with diversity, and recognizing the influence of power and rank dynamics in relationships, community and workplace interactions. She specialises in cultivating the courage and dexterity of clients to engage positively in the challenges of conflict and value diversity both within the individual and the workplace as a rich opportunity for development.  

Sarah uses her creativity, curiosity and sensitivity in service of discovery. As an executive coach and trainer Sarah offers coaching experiences that work with the whole individual and the complexity of the workplace. She has a particular skill in creating space within this for clients to find their own way forward. Her easeful style supports the cultivation of reflective and self awareness capabilities that translate to sharp navigation tools within complexity, transitions and leadership.

Sarah is passionate about finding the future in the present moment and supporting change in the context of who we want to be and the world we want to create. Clients come away feeling empowered, supported and inspired to act. Sarah’s coaching and consulting is influenced by a unique blend of ecopsychology, integral theory and systems-thinking for sustainable change.

Sarah’s recent clients include Allens Legal Firm, Victoria Police, Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defence, Centre for Sustainability Leadership and The Equality Institute.

Sarah is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a clinical member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia)

Sarah is the founding Director of Being Found that offers Wellbeing Programs and Executive Coaching. She is a faculty member of the Global Coaching Institute and also at The School of Life where she teaches a range of topics including relationships, decision making and steps to calm.
