The number of Aussies in full-time employment has seen a significant rise in recent months, highlighting just how much pressure the cost-of-living crisis is having on people.

The Hayes 2022-23 Salary Guide found 91 per cent of surveyed employers say they are experiencing skills shortages, with almost 60 per cent of employers reporting an increase in staff turnover. Furthermore, national job vacancies are increasing yearly, and are significantly higher than before the pandemic.
