Aurelia is an executive coach serving individuals, teams and organisations in the not-for-profit and corporate sectors. She believes that coaching is a powerful force for enhancing personal, team and organisational development. She brings a deep belief in the power of self-inquiry and relational approaches. She draws on cognitive, behavioural, emotional, and somatic techniques to support clients. Heightening awareness, enhancing insight, cultivating empathy, managing cognitive schemas, holding attention on designated outcomes, and practicing bite size behaviour modification are some of the tools she applies.

Having worked in 50+ countries, she has experienced a wide variety of worldviews and she brings sound intercultural competence. Prior to coaching and consulting, she had a long career as a senior manager and leader in the international humanitarian field. Between 2009 and 2016, as Head of the Regional Delegation in the Pacific for the Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), she led more then 50 disaster operations, a regional leadership and governance programme, and the creation of two new Red Cross organisations in the Marshall Islands and Tuvalu. She now regularly consults to the IFRC on organisational development initiatives.

She currently combines coaching and consulting practice with board director roles. In 2018, she was appointed by the Minister for Health to the Board of Monash Health, a large network of tertiary hospitals and primary and residential care centres. She is also serving as an Advisory Board member to the Australian Red Cross. As a committee member of the Association of Coaching Victoria Division, she led the corporate membership working group.

She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology (2020) and a Master of Business Administration (2017, Top Student) from Monash University and other degrees in Economics and Demography. She is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors. She is currently a candidate for the Honours in Psychological Science at Deakin University and a student in Relational Gestalt Therapy with the Australian Gestalt Centre.
