Giving them a sense of order; taking them from Chaos to Calm and transforming their stress into a source of strength. She lives in the desert of Alice Springs, Australia working with people around the world.

Barbara is a regular enrichment speaker on cruises, and she was a weekly columnist for the ‘The Centralian Advocate’. She has been featured in the Sydney Morning Herald, Australian Woman’s Weekly and ABC National. She has also been a paid consultant and mentor for the Community Media Training Organisation and First Nations Media Australia. Barbara has extensive range of experience including Not for Profit, NT Government, Media, Hospitality, Marketing, Events and more.

Barbara’s focus is to move from the relentless hamster wheel to waking inspired, motivated, making decisions with purpose, and achieving peak performance. Barbara is passionate about sharing wisdom, research, case studies and anecdotes around transforming stress into a form of strength, how to build emotional resilience, how to minimise stress and maximise time, how to master prioritisation, conflict resolution, professional boundaries and effective communication for influence and negotiation.
