Sandra is a lawyer but shaped a 25-year career in the commercial and public sectors of the film, TV, and digital media industry. In 2012 she was awarded an Order of Australia (AM) for her strategic and innovative leadership of this sector. Sandra brings extensive experience in commercial and public sector administration and leadership, strategic planning, complex stakeholder management; law; governance; HR, communication, and marketing. She has worked with Premier’s, Ministers, Hollywood production executives and key creative talent nationally and internationally. She has 25 years of Board experience including most recently Chair of the Adelaide Film Festival and Film Investment Fund, Chair Hybrid World Adelaide, Vice President of the Natalie Miller Fellowship and Deputy Chair of Screen Canberra.

Sandra is an accredited Executive Coach (Levels 1,2 & 3 and Team Coaching) through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership Australia (IECL) and also internationally through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has also trained through Somatic Experiencing Australia as a Somatic Therapist and The Cairn Millar Institute of Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy.
