This breadth of experience within the field of coaching is supplemented by Ute’s extensive career that spanned financial services, compliance, and consulting, as well as five years in business development and project management.

By leveraging evidence-based profiling tools like Meta Dynamics™ Thinking Style and Extended DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance), Behavioural Profiling, Ute works with individuals to enable a deep dive into insights, motivations, behaviours, and thinking patterns.
