Fiona built her career over 25 years working within the Corporate Sector, principally in aviation. She has held international management positions within Operations, Training, Corporate Sales and Development including managing the operations of a major airline in Jordan and Czech Republic. She led the Training Department in Britain’s leading low-cost airline where she was responsible for overseeing the development and launch of the in-house training academy. Before focusing on coaching full-time, Fiona was General Manager at the busiest international hub of a major European airline, leading a team of 600.
Most rewarding of these experiences was the opportunity to coach and develop teams of different sizes, nationalities and cultural backgrounds. Her coaching role enables her to bring her experience and skills to work with individuals.
Fiona brings her experience of working internationally and cross-culturally to her coaching. She greatly enjoys the opportunity to be of help and service to clients in both local and global enterprises as they pursue their goals. She develops rapport easily both in 1:1 coaching and in group coaching and receives warm feedback for her engaging style.
Her corporate background ensures that she effectively navigates the complexities of organisations, enabling her to cut straight through to the live issues and needs of the clients. She has an energetic, engaged and focused approach, ensuring that each client gets the maximum benefit from his or her time spent in coaching. Fiona’s corporate leadership experience coupled with her time spent managing the training function in two large organizations gives her a unique and practical approach to enabling others to develop their potential.
She has extensive experience, over a decade, of coaching leaders of all levels, principals and high potentials across a wide spectrum of industries including Education, FMCG, Energy, Logistics, Banking, Mining, and Insurance in Australia, Asia-Pacific and the U.S.
