Robyn specialises is executive and professional development coaching, workshop facilitation, leadership development, employee engagement and culture change. Her fifteen years of professional coaching experience in the private, not for profit and public sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom, has ranged from individual coaching of senior leaders and managers, through to team performance coaching.
Robyn has worked in senior management roles in the Australian and Queensland Public Service establishing new program and services. She has worked extensively across Australia in urban, regional, rural, and remote communities.
Her extensive experience in the strategic leadership of multi-disciplinary professional teams brings a real-world perspective and credibility to her work.

Robyn has coached a range of executives, technical professionals, academics, and managers at all levels. She works with leaders to bring clarity and enhanced self-awareness which enables transformational change in themselves and their leadership approach.
Workshop facilitation – Robyn works with senior leadership teams, specialists, and business teams and to facilitate outcomes and has designed and delivered meetings, workshops, learning and development programs and focus group sessions for diverse audiences including executive teams, senior leaders, and business teams.
Organisational and Leadership Development – developing and leading programs, such as leadership development, succession planning, change leadership and employee engagement.
Robyn is an ICF Credential – Professional Certified Coach. She has done her Master of Business Administration from University of New England and is a Graduate Advanced Corporate Coaching Program Coach U.
She is a Certified Practitioner Conversational Intelligence (CIQ) and accredited MBTI Administrator, LSI/LI/MI with Human Synergistics and accredited Emotional Intelligence Baron EQi. She holds Australian Human Resource Institute (CAHRI) and International Coach Federation (ICF) memberships.
Robyn has 3 years’ experience working with QUT as an Executive Coach and Facilitator of Training Programs and Sessional Lecturer QUT Business School. She has been a Faculty with The Forton Group, Coach U and Corporate Coach U, Mentor Coach with University of Qld Faculty of Business Economics & Law.
