She has designed and delivered large-scale capability programs, leadership development initiatives and wellbeing frameworks for senior executives, tactical units, frontline teams and multidisciplinary groups.
Alicia's work includes rebuilding the mental health and resilience training capability for Defence in WA, developing leadership and wellbeing programs for WA Police, and leading a state-wide workforce development project for the WA Mental Health Commission.
