Scope

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) being used online. This policy is in accordance with both Australian Privacy Principle (APP) and US (CAN-SPAM) laws to ensure the utmost integrity.

Australian Privacy Principle (APP) 1.3 requires an APP entity to have a clearly expressed and up-to-date APP privacy policy describing how it manages personal information.

Privacy Policy

The specific requirements for an APP privacy policy are in:

  • APP 1.4, which sets out the topics an APP privacy policy must cover.
  • APP 1.5, which requires an APP entity to take reasonable steps to make the privacy policy available free of charge and in an appropriate format.
  • APP 1.6, which requires an APP entity to take reasonable steps to give its privacy policy to an individual in the form the individual asks for.

How do we protect visitor information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities using Malware Scanning software in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We do not use or need an SSL certificate due to the fact that we do not process credit cards through our website.

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser's Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visits to our site and other sites on the Internet.
