Our story

ASPL Group is a human centred practice working with individuals, organisations and communities to support growth, wellbeing and meaningful change.

Since 2007, we have partnered across Australia and the Asia Pacific, supporting people in the contexts where they live and work. Our work brings together psychology, wellbeing, leadership, people and culture, recruitment and behavioural science, allowing us to support both individuals and systems with care, depth and integrity.

We deliver psychology and wellbeing services alongside organisational and community work, recognising that leadership, performance and culture are shaped by lived experience, mental health, emotional regulation and a sense of belonging. This integrated approach enables us to support people as whole humans, not just roles within a system.

We work alongside communities as well as workplaces, including First Nations communities, regional and remote services, frontline and trauma exposed workforces, and community based organisations. We approach this work with respect, cultural humility and a strong commitment to listening, partnership and safety.

Our work is grounded in psychological safety, trauma responsive practice and evidence informed approaches, including behavioural science and neuroscience, to support choice, agency and intrinsic motivation. We focus on behaviour change that is lived and sustained over time, shaped through reflection, reinforcement and shared meaning.

Guided by our purpose, Talent, Train and Transform, we invest in people, strengthen capability and co create better futures for individuals, organisations and the communities they serve.

Acknowledgement of Country

ASPL Group respects and honours Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present, and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions, and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on this land and commit to building a brighter future together.

Veyurringal ("Sunrise") ee-yah-ring-all

Created for ASPL by Bayadherra, contemporary Aboriginal artists.

Yeyurringal, meaning “Sunrise” in Yorta Yorta language, captures the hues of the Sun as the Giver of Life and light to Country and community. It evokes new beginnings, opportunities, and the inner potential of people’s talent.

The design incorporates elements symbolising ASPL Group’s values—respectful relationships, talent, training, and transformation— represented through meaningful cultural motifs, including journey lines, meeting places, and ancestral connections to Country.
