Milly Tupthim is an AHPRA registered psychologist and clinical registrar. She holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical), a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), and has been practising as a psychologist since 2023. Her therapeutic style is adaptable, collaborative, and inclusive. As an Asian-Australian psychologist who also grew up with European culture, she brings lived experience of intersectionality and is committed to providing culturally attuned and affirming psychotherapy. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sitcoms and embracing her curiosity by trying new experiences whenever she can!

Milly enjoys working with clients across the lifespan and brings more than 11 years’ experience supporting children across a variety of settings. Her clinical experience includes providing psychotherapy and assessments across private practice, community clinic, and primary school settings.

She supports clients presenting with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress and burnout, trauma, OCD, attachment and relationship concerns, cultural concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), adjustment difficulties, and perfectionism. She also provides comprehensive ADHD assessments.

Are Medicare rebates available?

We process Medicare rebates directly on your behalf on the day of your appointment. Eligibility strictly requires a valid GP referral or Mental Health Care Plan.

Are psychology sessions confidential?

Yes. Psychology sessions are confidential and delivered in line with professional and ethical obligations, with appropriate clinical governance in place.

Are sessions delivered in person or online?

All psychology sessions are delivered via secure telehealth.

How do I pay for psychology sessions?

Sessions are booked and paid for through our secure online booking system. Payment is made at the time of booking and a receipt is provided after your session.

Is psychology different from coaching and wellbeing support?

Yes. Psychology involves clinical assessment and therapy delivered by psychologists. Coaching and wellbeing support are non clinical and focus on development and support rather than therapy.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

What mental health services do you offer?

We provide individual mental health support and psychological therapy for people experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood,trauma, work related challenges and life transitions.

Who provides your psychology services?

Our psychology services are delivered by a team of fully registered and provisional psychologists. Provisional psychologists work under appropriate supervision in line with professional and ethical requirements.
