Focus Areas

A – Advocacy & Awareness

Emma promotes awareness of ASPL's psychology services across the healthcare and community sectors. She advocates for accessible, person-centred mental health care and works with stakeholders to increase understanding of available services, referral pathways, and opportunities for collaboration.


S – Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

Emma builds and maintains trusted relationships with general practitioners, practice managers, allied health professionals, hospitals, community organisations, and other key stakeholders. Through ongoing engagement, she identifies partnership opportunities and supports collaborative approaches to mental health service delivery.


P – Partnership Development

Emma develops and nurtures partnerships that strengthen referral networks and improve access to wellbeing services, including psychological services and social work offerings. She works collaboratively with healthcare providers and community organisations to create meaningful connections that support positive outcomes for clients and communities.


L – Linking Care Pathways

Emma facilitates connections between ASPL's psychology team and external healthcare and community services, helping to create seamless referral pathways and coordinated careexperiences. Her focus is on reducing barriers to access and ensuring individuals can navigate the mental health system with confidence and support.
