In her role as Clinical Partnerships Liaison at ASPL Group, Kaitlin focuses on strengthening connections between hospital teams, aged care providers and ASPL’s telehealth psychology service. She works collaboratively with clinicians, discharge planners and community organisations to help ensure patients can access timely, appropriate mental health support as they transition between care settings.
