New data shows staff will walk unless WFH option stays

Does the traditional leadership style of hierarchical management work in the modern post-pandemic workplace?

ABS has released new data for the total number of jobs, which increased by 382,300, including an increase of 60,300 vacancies. If employers dictate working conditions to their staff rather than maintain the flexibility that the pandemic has forced them to adopt, they will struggle to keep their staff, especially professionals who can easily look for a job that offers flexibility.
